Exited my property Feb 2024. Rented a Property for three years from the Spring Hill office. Our property had a few plumbing issues, (twice flooded by broken / old pipes) the Property Manager was quick to respond, and followed up on all services / repairs. A slow owner response, was at the time, thought to be Little Real Estate. How ever our Property Manager was quick to respond and great at mediating between owner and tenant. (Email them photos of repairs, as they can't visit) this will cover you on exit if something is different, then 'move in' condition. The Exit team were amazing! I understood which areas needed my attention, leading up to the exit date, which meant a quick sign off. Had a great relationship with my Property Manager/ Exit team, so we talked about 'problem areas' ahead of time. (10 year+ old Carpets) kept them informed of moving dates, carpet cleaner date, planned key return date etc. Which helped our quick sign off. I am not going to say, we didn't have our moments, but Little Real Estate is a team of talented agents & amazing humans. So, Respect them as Agents, treat them as Humans, and they will respond in kind.
