Acknowledging the critical role women play in our organisation

Monday 8 March marks International Women’s Day and we’re excited to celebrate!

International Women's Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. As a business, one of our focus areas is promoting diversity and equal opportunities for all – and this shows in the very makeup of our organisation.

 At a glance:

  • 70% of LRE’s full workforce identify as female
  • 70% of our senior leaders identify as female
  • 63% of all management roles identify as female

This year, Little Real Estate is also sponsoring IPA’s free event on March 5 highlighting women for International Women’s Day. Anne Crarey will be joining a panel with senior leaders from many organisations on the day, openly talking about the trials and tribulations that come with being busy working women, and we’re delighted to be joining this important conversation and supporting women.

As the National Manager of Property Services, Anne is one of Little Real Estate’s most senior members and manages a team of over 200 people. She has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, both in Australia and overseas, and is a great example of the critical role women play in our organisation.

At the panel discussion, Anne will be discussing the importance of flexibility, which we recognise as a vital factor within our company.

Flexible work at Little Real Estate is defined as a set of working practices and arrangements for employees and managers which can be used to facilitate productivity, connectivity, career success and wellbeing of our team members. Flexible working arrangements define when and where work gets done at Little Real Estate. We understand that there needs to be flexibility when it comes to establishing a smooth collaboration between work and life commitments.
