When you're unsure what to do, Customer Care are there for you.

At Little Real Estate we believe in giving you real service; real people, real conversations and real outcomes.This is why we have a national Customer Care team that are available to help with any questions or queries you have about your property, whether you’re a tenant or a landlord, and our company. 

They can assist with almost all situations that your property manager or leasing agent can, and are available seven days a week, even after hours.

Customer Care can help with, but are not limited to:

Maintenance:

-Setting up new maintenance requests

-Arranging trades people to attend your property after hours if it is an urgent issue

-Update you on the status of an existing maintenance request

Leasing:

-Check the status of your application

-Check the status of available properties

-Inform you of the upcoming inspections

Your property:

-Check the status of any requests

-Create new requests

-Assist with rental payments

-Assist with statements and ledgers

Keep Customer Care in mind

Customer Care are there to help solve problems and provide a high quality of service. If you are unsure who to speak to, or what to do, then give Customer Care a call on 1300 Little (54 88 53) and they will point you in the right direction.  

Customer Care availability:

7:00am – 8:00pm Monday to Saturday

9:00am – 6:00pm Sunday
