Daniel Allen has been apart of the Little Real Estate team since 2017, and his journey is a great example of the opportunities available to grow within the company.
“I have moved around a lot since being at Little Real Estate. I started in Customer Care back in 2017, I then moved into a Property Manager Associate role in the South Yarra team where I spent around six months. From there I moved across into a Property Manager role in Hawthorn which I remained in for around two years.”
“I am now in the position of Office Manager for the Preston team. I have had some really great opportunities to progress in the company over the past four years.” He says.
“I currently lead the Preston team which is based in the Carlton office. We have around 15 people in the team who are a mixed group of people from young individuals just starting their career in real estate up to people who have developed their skills over a number of years in the industry.”
“I oversee the day to day operations of the team and try to support and coach the team to achieve the best results they can.”
“There are quite a few perks of working at Little Real Estate, from the flexibility of where we work and when, to healthy days, but overall I enjoy the people.”
“We really do have a great culture that I haven’t experienced at any other companies. The team always have a positive buzz about them, and overall I believe they truly enjoy working at Little Real Estate.”
“For me it would be Openness and Honesty. I really believe that if your interactions with everyone remain in an open and honest way you can’t go wrong.”
“A little white lie will get you nowhere at the end of the day and you will end up coming undone! Just in the same way if I don’t know an answer, I won’t just try to talk my way through it, I would prefer to be upfront and let the client or my team know that I don’t know the answer but will find out and get it for them.” He says.
