Property managers

Our busy property management team is essential to the smooth running of client and tenant satisfaction. Property managers provide exceptional service, attention to detail and a great deal of organisation in a complex environment. Providing critical support and development to teams, ongoing management of internal and external relationships and consistently comprehensive reporting and process improvement, this role demands superb communication skills and technical ability.

Leasing consultants

Our leasing consultants handle the end-to-end leasing requirements of clients and tenants, dealing with all aspects of leasing from related administration, liaison and coordination of inspections and the continuity of leased properties across the Little Real Estate portfolio. This role requires the delivery of seamless customer service with a thorough understanding of property lease agreements and developing strategies to minimise vacant properties.

Sales consultants

Our sales team ensures the ongoing growth of the company and guides buyers and sellers throughout the property cycle. This includes management of all property-related activity, liaising with legal representatives and organising property marketing. This role requires highly customer-centric, first-class communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Customer care

Customer care is at the heart of the Little Real Estate brand. Our customer care professionals are integral to maintaining a consistently high quality of service to all clients. Customer care team members require a genuine desire to solve problems with empathy and understanding and the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
