Sales Consultant Vincent McGrath has made his mark in an industry where experience, commitment and persistence are prerequisites for success.
Before relocating to Brisbane, Vincent carved out an impressive career in the competitive world of Sydney’s Lower North Shore real estate market. “I switched my focus to real estate about eight years ago,” says the affable licensed agent, “but my sales career kicked off over 20 years before that. I spent a good number of those years as a trader in the local equities market. I intuitively understand the financial services industry and the economic drivers that underpin the Australian property market. If stockbroking taught me one thing, it is the importance of delivering outstanding customer service - people do business with people they trust.”
Vincent says the personal interaction with buyers and sellers is what gets him out of bed in the morning. His motivation and drive to achieve a solid result for both the buyer and the seller underscore his focus and acutely honed skills when it comes to negotiation.
“I have been involved in a couple of sales where the final price exceeded the seven-figure mark,’ says Vincent. “Real estate is an aspirational business though, and every sale that closes and delivers a dream to a new homeowner or investor, goes way beyond the dollars. I want people to be genuinely happy with the sales process.”
