Shannon Miles joined the Little Real Estate team as a sales consultant in mid-2023. Working in the industry for over 15 years, Shannon is a knowledgeable, diligent and energetic professional.

Shannon started her real estate career in 2005. She has mainly worked as a sales agent since then, but also boasts wider experience working in asset and corporate management roles. It was her passion for property that led her back to a sales role.

Shannon is a confident negotiator, regularly impressing her clients with her ability to deliver the best deal. Outgoing and nurturing by nature, she enjoys working with many different people.

“I value the social aspect of my role – meeting people with different needs and desires and finding an individual approach for each one,” explains Shannon. “I love helping the buyers find their dream property, as well as supporting the owners through the sale.”

She is often praised for her communication skills and believes in keeping her clients updated at every step of the process.

“Your property is often your biggest asset, and you want to trust the person you’re working with,” explains Shannon. “To earn that trust, I am proactive and communicate regularly, allowing them to make the most reasonable and best decision for them.”
