Nick is well acquainted with Sydney’s Western suburbs, private treaty sales in the outer west being the focus of his early years in real estate. In recent years, he has been more involved in auction sales in the Eastern Suburbs and Inner West.

He is a confident negotiator and takes great pleasure from mentoring those entering the industry. He is a skilled appraiser, well-versed in high-volume sales, and comfortable employing a variety of methods of sale.

Nick holds a full real estate licence and a qualification in business management. He has always placed an emphasis on the value of continuous professional development, both for his people and himself.

He is an active member of REINSW, along with other NSW real estate industry bodies and uses these networking opportunities to stay on top of the ever-changing market.
