Little Real Estate Carlton welcomed Luke Ellis as a business development manager at the midway point of 2023. Luke joined the growth team with eight years’ experience working with some big names in the property sector, including four years as a sales consultant at Metricon Homes.

Luke’s skill in building a strong connection with his clients is something he prides himself on. Developing those relationships on a personal rather than transactional level offers Luke the scope to negotiate mutually beneficial deals.

“There has always been an unwarranted stigma around real estate agents,” explains Luke. “My goal is to break down those barriers. There are skilled professionals that you go to for many services in life, such as mechanics, hairdressers, doctors and so on. My aim is to be the go-to agent my clients rely on for real estate advice, and I can do this by assuring them that I always keep their best interests at heart.”

Outside of work, Luke’s life consists of watching his beloved Carlton football club, working out at the gym, and spending time with friends and family.
