Sales Consultant Dean McKay is a very personable and engaging real estate professional who has become a firm favourite with the Little Real Estate customers in his relatively short tenure with the agency.

Dean started his real estate journey with a boutique agency in South Yarra before crossing the river to join the Little Real Estate Hawthorn team in 2022. The agent says his inner drive is a constant motivator that has helped him to succeed in the sometimes challenging world of residential property.

“I also consider myself an excellent communicator, and a great listener,” says Dean. “I know it sounds like a cliché, but my aim is to help all my clients to the best of my ability. I love the real estate industry and relish my role in it. Every day is the same and yet different. There are always curve balls thrown at you, and plenty of great characters to meet who all have differing needs.”

He sees Little Real Estate is a company of integrity and opportunity and singles out the office working environment as one of the best he has experienced. Dean cites the number of long-term employees as a positive sign for Little Real Estate, particularly in an industry where change is so common.

Dean is Australian born but did spend many years living in the UK. Diplomatically, he professes equal passion for both the round and the oval shaped, ball games.
