Business Development Manager Ben Wilme is a dedicated property professional who joined Little Real Estate’s Point Cook office in Victoria in August 2020.

British-born, Ben moved to Australia from the United Kingdom in December 2019. He had worked in customer service roles for over a decade and sought new opportunities and simply a change of scenery. He credits his customer-facing background as a key component to his superior communication and relationship-building skills.

Ben found himself right in the middle of a booming Australian property market and realised that his skillset was well suited to a change of industry. Determined to gain experience and work his way up, he started his career as a leasing consultant. Ben discovered a passion for helping people find new homes and soon began to build trusting and professional relationships with tenants and supporting landlords.

As a part of the growth team, Ben is able to utilise his well-honed interpersonal skills and warm personality to nourish relationships with potential investors.

Ben cites the opportunity to grow within the company and the welcoming atmosphere he experienced when he joined as key components of Little Real Estate’s appeal as an employer of choice.
