Leasing Consultant Amira Khatoun is a driven real estate professional at home in what is always a fast-paced and ever-changing industry.

The licensed real estate agent joined Little Real Estate in early 2021 and is currently based out of the company’s Victorian inner-city office in Carlton.

Amira indulged her passion and studied fashion design after high school but says she was drawn to the exciting opportunities of Melbourne’s diverse property market.

“I am a detail-oriented person and a good communicator,” she explains. “Every day is different in real estate; no two properties or clients are ever the same, and I love this about my chosen career. I obsess about being organised, which is very important as multi-tasking comes with the territory in property leasing.”

Amira says the flexibility Little Real Estate offers to its employees was an important factor in her joining the business. She also cites the knowledgeable team of locals in the Carlton office as one of the key reasons for the branch’s success in the local leasing market.

The native Lebanese speaker brings the same drive to her private life that she demonstrates professionally. Amira is an avid marathoner and pounds the pavements of Melbourne’s inner north most mornings before many of her colleagues are out of bed.

“They say the early bird catches the worm,” she says with a laugh.
