Agnes Fu is a sales associate at Little Real Estate. The Hong Kong native speaks fluent Cantonese and Mandarin and is an excellent communicator and engaging personality who works hard to gain a precise understanding of her clients' needs.

Agnes moved from Hong Kong to the United Kingdom as a teenager to pursue her education. She studied economics and management at Royal Holloway College at the University of London. The Royal Holloway campus is often mentioned as one of the most beautiful in the UK. Agnes believes studying at such an elegant place formed the foundation for her interest in real estate.

“When your route to the next lecture goes through a gorgeous campus, it is difficult not to develop an eye for architecture and interior design,” she says.

Her fascination for a career in the property sector was a slow burn at first. After graduation, Agnes worked as a project manager in London, which she credits with improving her communication and relationship-building skills. In 2016, Agnes returned to Hong Kong and kicked off a career in the recruitment industry.

With the travel bug nipping at her again, she decided to relocate again, this time to Australia. The Gold Coast ticked all the boxes for a lifestyle in the Queensland sun. Keen to put her sales and negotiation skills to work in property, Agnes completed her real estate registration course.

The industry has turned out to be a perfect match for the curious, energetic, and personable agent. Agnes is excited about her journey in the real estate industry but acknowledges real estate can be a tough gig but adds she is not one to shy away from the challenge.

“I am passionate about helping people, and I work extremely hard to meet expectations. It is highly rewarding to accompany my clients on their journey to finding their dream homes,” says Agnes.
