I've just relocated from a rental property which I rented through Little Real Estate Kallangur for 2.5 years. My property manager was Marni, and she was absolutely awesome. If there were any issues with the property Marni would sort it out immediately as soon as she was made aware, sending tradesmen etc when required ASAP. Marni was professional, compassionate, understanding, friendly, diplomatic and an excellent communicator. I loved renting through Little Real Estate with Marni as my property manager. Unfortunately I had to break my lease due to personal circumstances, and Marni and the Office Manager Jessica guided me through the process, negotiating with the owner for a mutual termination to break my lease without penalty due to my personal circumstances and were successful in doing so, fulfilling their commitments to both the owner and me as the tenant. I vacated on 3rd April 2024, Marni did the Exit inspection the very next day and I received my full bond refund today 5th April. I can't thank Marni and Jessica enough for their professionalism and excellent service and I would, without a doubt rent through Little Real Estate again if the need arises. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
