Little Real Estate continues to widen its Queensland footprint, this month announcing it has added Mermaid Beach to its existing office locations across South-East Queensland.

The company’s announcement comes at the same time as the release of this year’s Knight Frank Wealth Report with its keenly watched prime international residential index of the 100 most prestigious cities to invest in.

The independent report has catapulted the Gold Coast into its top 12, ahead of the other Australian capitals. The Gold Coast saw home values up 17.1% in just 12 months, more growth than the preceding four years combined.

The company found an iconic corner location on the Gold Coast Highway earlier this year and snapped it up. The opportunity to service its existing and prospective customer base from the epicentre of the booming market was too good to pass up. A sympathetic refit has transformed the building inside and out.
