Little Real Estate continues to widen its Queensland footprint, this month announcing it has added Mermaid Beach to its existing office locations across South-East Queensland.
The company’s announcement comes at the same time as the release of this year’s Knight Frank Wealth Report with its keenly watched prime international residential index of the 100 most prestigious cities to invest in.
The independent report has catapulted the Gold Coast into its top 12, ahead of the other Australian capitals. The Gold Coast saw home values up 17.1% in just 12 months, more growth than the preceding four years combined.
“Little Real Estate’s expansion tends to be customer driven,” says Little Real Estate’s Chief Operating and Financial Officer, Rebecca Kerr. “Gold Coast property investments are clearly in demand, and our property management portfolio is brimming with confidence. Opening an office in the heart of the Coast shows our bold commitment to the local market.”
The company found an iconic corner location on the Gold Coast Highway earlier this year and snapped it up. The opportunity to service its existing and prospective customer base from the epicentre of the booming market was too good to pass up. A sympathetic refit has transformed the building inside and out.
“As the new kid on the block we wanted to make a statement,” explains Kerr. “The interior design team has produced a space that is colourful and modern, but with more than a tip of the bucket hat to the wonderful retro neon lighting and lush fittings of the past.”
The company’s new Mermaid Beach office is located at 1A/2573-2581 Gold Coast Highway.
