REIQ announces Little as Large Residential Agency finalist

The Real Estate Institute of Queensland last week announced its finalists for the upcoming REIQ Awards 2023. Little Real Estate have been named as a finalist in the Large Residential Agency of the Year category.

Little’s Chief Operating Officer Rebecca Kerr says the company’s submission centred on their year of transformation. The business has deployed leading edge technology, established an innovation team to drive process change and efficiency, and personalised and added greater value to their customer’s experience.

“Our inclusion as a finalist for the REIQ Large Residential Agency of Year award is terrific,” says Rebecca. “Our company manages a vast portfolio, in excess of 5,000 properties, in Queensland's southeast. This is an enormous task requiring robust processes and efficient procedures. We see our inclusion as finalists as a brilliant recommendation to prospective customers, and a source of confidence to our existing client base.”

Rebecca Kerr, Little Real Estate COO

Little Real Estate is Australia’s largest privately owned real estate agency and boasts a considerable footprint with six offices across South East Queensland. The company has operated in the Sunshine State for over a decade, but this is the first time they have nominated for the REIQ Awards.

“Our nomination for Large Residential Agency of the Year underscores our dedication to landlords, tenants, and results driven property transactions,” continues Rebecca. “Our innovative, transparent and efficient approach sets us apart in the competitive South East Queensland market. This esteemed recognition honours our hard work and propels us to continue striving for industry excellence.”

The company says two of its high-achievers who were nominated for individual awards have also been declared as finalists. Jemma Archibald has received the nod in the competitive Residential Property Manager of the Year category and co-worker Manal Berone has been recognised as a potential Property Management Rising Star winner.

The winners will be announced at a spectacular gala dinner at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre on October 28th.
