Rod Murray is a dynamic licensed real estate agent with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Rod joined Little Real Estate’s Mermaid Beach team in mid-2023 and immediately displayed an extensive knowledge of the Gold Coast market.

Rod was initially drawn to real estate by its’ endless opportunities, the connection it has to its community and the daily interaction it offers with people from all walks of life. His clients often praise the helpful, supportive and hands-on approach he exhibits.

“I don’t shy away from a challenge,” says Rod. “There’s no ceiling on what you can accomplish, but you have to work hard. I always strive to exceed my client’s expectations and achieve the best possible result for all parties involved.”

While his broad industry experience has undeniably played a part in his success, an essential part of Rod’s longevity in the industry is his eagerness to learn – he has a Diploma in Project Management and a Bachelor of International Business – Economics, Real Estate & Property Development.

“I joined the team as I was seeking new opportunities,” explains the agent, “and Little’s values (respect, fun, accountability, honesty & openness, and humility) resonated with me. These are the values I live by, and to work for a company that sticks to them day in and day out means a lot to me.”

After work, Rod enjoys spending time with his family, surfing and playing golf. He has been a member of his local golf club for seven years. Always active in his local community, he currently volunteers at a local social and recreational program for people with disabilities.
