As Training and Compliance Manager, Melinda Cotton’s role is to write and implement systems to ensure staff have the tools to provide their clients, the best possible service with every interaction.

“My aim is to help owners and tenants to feel happy and confident with their agent,” she explains. “To achieve this, I work to empower my colleagues to feel more confident in their role by providing the support, structure and processes they need to do their job.”

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Melinda holds a full real estate license and a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.

Throughout her career, she has received multiple sales awards and a leadership award in recognition of her work.

Outside of work, Melinda loves to spend her time going to the gym and volunteering at the RSPCA looking after rescue dogs.
