Karla Wyman has recently joined the Helensvale office as a leasing consultant. She began her career in property in New Zealand, where she was initially employed as a personal assistant to a property developer and learned the essentials of the property industry. She spent five years as an On-Site Manager, which provided Karla with valuable experience in managing the body corporate, tenants, and owner-occupiers.
Upon moving to the Gold Coast in 2010, Karla established a successful cleaning business, and has recently sold her share to return and pursue her passion in real estate. Her work experience, in and out of the real estate industry, has provided Karla with a holistic skillset which ensures she provides the best experience for owners and potential tenants. Karla is passionate about providing a stress-free, pleasant process for tenants. She understands that looking for a property is an exciting time for most tenants, and strives to be a positive part of that process. She loves to meet and assist new people and thrives on the variety in her role. This is particularly relevant on the vibrant Gold Coast - Karla loves to impart local knowledge and information about the property management process to the diverse range of people she meets each day.
