Karla Wyman is a leasing consultant based out of our Mermaid Beach office. 

She began her career in property in New Zealand, where she was initially employed as a personal assistant to a property developer and learned the essentials of the property industry. She spent five years as an On-Site Manager, which provided Karla with valuable experience in managing the body corporate, tenants, and owner-occupiers.

Upon moving to the Gold Coast in 2010, Karla established a successful cleaning business, which she sold to return and pursue her passion in real estate. Her work experience, in and out of the real estate industry, has provided Karla with a holistic skillset that ensures she provides the best experience for owners and potential tenants.

Karla is passionate about providing a stress-free, pleasant process for tenants. She understands that looking for a property is an exciting time for most tenants and strives to be a positive part of that process. 

Karla loves to meet and assist new people and thrives on the variety in her role. This is particularly relevant on the vibrant Gold Coast - she loves to impart local knowledge and information about the property management process to the diverse range of people she meets each day.
