Relationship Executive Isobel Woolgar joined Little Real Estate in 2019 and is making the most of her opportunities to develop an impressive real estate resume.
She cut her teeth in leasing, spending two years as a leasing consultant and business development associate to kick off her her Little Real Estate career. In 2021, Isobel’s hard work and perseverance was rewarded when she was promoted to the strategic role of Relationship Executive.
Isobel swapped the life she knew in a small, country town to pursue her passion for a career in property. Whilst working in hospitality, she put herself through a Certificate lV in Real Estate Practice gaining the qualification she needed to pursue her ambition.
“Relationships are the glue that hold country towns together,” says Isobel. “We work hard, we work for each other and above all, we work to keep our personal lines of communication open at all times. These values, along with my work ethic, have served me well as I embarked on a career that is all about positive relationship building and maintenance.”
Isobel loves the dynamism and potential of new estates in the south-western suburbs of Melbourne. She says she enjoys being involved in the growth, evolution and being part of the finished product.
“I am an energetic person and I relish the pace and challenge of our industry. I understand how important it is to provide insight and timely advice to my clients so that they can make informed decisions about their property investments. It is deeply satisfying when we set ourselves a collective list of investment goals and expectations and we nail them,” says Isobel.
Mature for her years, Isobel welcomes the high-pressure environment she has chosen as a career. “I can’t claim to have minted it, but ‘opportunities don’t happen, you create them’ is my mantra,” she says with a laugh.
