Eric Brown is an energetic and dedicated Senior Sales Consultant at Little Real Estate. Bringing over a decade of sales experience, Eric is tenacious and goes the extra mile for his clients.
Eric began his career in real estate sales in 2010; by 2012, he had added auctioneer training to his skillset. His professional journey was anything but ordinary — ranging from working on yachts to entertaining visitors at a well-known amusement park in Paris. This diverse background equipped Eric with a unique approach to problem-solving, communication, and adaptability, qualities that make him a successful agent.
“The most rewarding part of working in real estate is the creative freedom,” Eric shares. “There’s no one-size-fits-all formula; you’ve got to figure out what works for each client, and I love that challenge."
Eric sees each campaign as an opportunity to think outside the box. His persistence is one of his strongest qualities; he’s not afraid to double down on a strategy when he believes in its success. He also easily adapts to the ever-changing market and knows when to change tactics if needed. This commitment, balanced with flexibility, is Eric’s secret to success, including being acknowledged twice as an agent of the year.
Outside of real estate, Eric enjoys spending time outdoors and learning new languages — he’s a fluent French speaker and is currently learning Italian.
