Adam Boer is a Sales Associate at Little Real Estate, having joined the company in early 2023. Adam grew up on the fringes of Victoria’s Yarra Valley and has an inherent understanding of Melbourne’s eastern suburbs and what makes each of these diverse postcodes unique.

Adam entered the real estate fray shortly after completing his business degree. The licensed real estate agent launched his career with a boutique, Melbourne-based agency, and with characteristic enthusiasm set about gaining experience in all facets of the business.

“I am the type of person who is always willing to have a go,” says Adam. “There is no better way to learn and to get ahead in life than to say yes. I worked my way through the leasing and field services team and really gained a deep appreciation for the emotion that comes with helping someone buy, sell or rent a home.”

Whilst there has always been a passion for real estate, Adam initially worked in the glazing industry. He was employed in the competitive world of glass hardware sales and cites this association with the property industry on the construction side as something that cemented his desire to work exclusively in the property sector.

“I learned an enormous amount about customer service and the sales process,” he says. “I have always had excellent engagement and communication skills. I am tenacious in pursuit of the best outcome for my clients, and have a work ethic to match.”

Adam says Little Real Estate offer their sales team an environment and a set of tools that foster success. He appreciates the mentoring programs and the willingness of the broader sales team to share their knowledge and experience across their tight-knit teams.

Ever the team player himself, Adam spends much of his spare time performing pit crew duties for a hydroplane racing team.

“If its' got an engine, count me in,” says the enthusiastic young Victorian with a laugh.
