This was my first ever property/home I have ever put up for rent. At first we had been thinking of selling.
Then I met lucinda johnston at another property which I was very impressed with the approach how proffessional she came across and her knowledge.

They worked hard to find suitable tenants, got the best rental price possible and checked references to ensure the tenants were a good fit. Ongoing they conduct regular checks of the property and provide informative reports. They are professional and courteous, they return calls/emails in a very timely fashion, they work to solve issues and ensure everything runs smoothly, they are obviously experienced and know what they are doing. I have come to trust them with ease and have found they are worth their quite reasonable Management Fees.

After hearing a lot of contradictory information from real estate agents and the large disparity in the assessments of my property, I realised how stressful the selling journey of my house could be. But that was until I spoke with Ashwin Sharma from Little Real Estate who made the process look simple, straight forward and at the end the results exceeded my expectations.
