Had a wonderful experience with Mages, the property manager for the last six years as tenant. We also had one property managed by the same agent in the past and it was fantastic. Unfortunately, the staff assistant, Qi was unprofessional, rude and lack of communications causing misunderstanding. Avoid Qi when possible and deal directly with her manager, Mages. Could’ve been 5 stars without Qi in the picture.

Although I only dealt (as a tenant) with Little Real Estate Mt Waverley for a short period , I found Mages Alagappan a very friendly, competent property manager. She was very thorough and understanding of my needs as a tenant, but also acted in the best interests of the landlord.
