I've had Little Real Estate looking after my Investment property for some time now. The staff there are very professional and highly trained, they handle there Real Estate with the upmost pride. They've always found the best tenants for my property and there reports on the property are very detailed. Christmas day 2017 the property was damaged due to a storm and the tenants were able to then make contact the Realestate who then contacted the SES who placed a tarp over the roof to prevent further damage. I would highly recommend this realestate to both tenants and landlords as an A1 business to deal with. Big thanks to my property manager Judith for always going above and beyond.

Little Real Estate have come a long way! The service has been excellent and very prompt. Leading up to Christmas, my oven stopped working on Tuesday night. I thought that we’d never get it fixed in time and would have to wait until the holiday period ceased before someone would even look at it! But my property manager replied to my urgent request from the night before and said she would try to have someone fix it before the holidays. It is now Friday before Xmas and I have a brand new oven on its way! I can’t thank you enough for making this one less worry in a hectic time for all! My partner Matt and I have rented through a few real estates and this has by far been the most wonderful team we have come across to deal with.

Our biggest issues in the past with other real estates has been lack of communication and delay in action with any concerns or maintenance issues we have had. At little real estate we have mainly dealt with felicity, and she has gone above and beyond for us the whole time we’ve been renting through them. Communication has been 10/10 and I don’t feel uncomfortable to express any concerns at all.

The girls in reception have been lovely and overall so far it’s just been a very happy experience.

To be completely honest, if we need to move from this place for any reason, we will definitely try to continue and rent through Little real estate in Springwood.

I rented through Little Real Estate for approximately 2.5 years. I was lucky enough to have a highly competent and respectful Property Manager (John Christoforou, Hawthorn Office, Victoria) for the majority of this time. John always treated us with respect, responded promptly and followed up on what he said he would. John should be teaching classes on what it means to be a quality property manager. If you have a property to rent, I recommend contacting John as he's a pro at facilitating the cooperation and mutually beneficial outcomes for all involved.

After Changing to a different property manager after the first 3 months I couldn't be happier. My property manager (Tallita) help us through difficulties with our housemates and was completely understanding of the situation. After be upset and not happy with returns and other agents, i ended up managing many properties myself. It was not until i was introduced to Sam that i have found someone that is working for me in all facets.
