Property Managers Luana Drummond and Kim McLean have been easy to contact, easy to deal with and kept me updated with inspections, repairs/tests, and the re-rental process at the end of my tenancy.

The Toowong office staff all appeared very bright and bubbly with an infectious happy attitude. Went to inspect a very nice place this morning. The agent, Dee Lyon looked happy, energetic, professional, and also offered me a lift to the train station to go to work. I then applied in the afternoon and got approved within one hour with electricity and internet sorted for when I move in. Probably the best experience I have had so far.
