We have been associated with Rental Express Kallangur, specifically with Stacie Wilson since about a year.

We are very happy with the services offered and Stacie has been taking very good care of us. Whenever, we have any problems, she jumps on it and arranges someone to address the issue. For instance, a few weeks back, our garage door played up. That was a security issue. Stacie managed to send out the garage man in just a few hours.

We are glad Stacie is our Property Manager.

Have just completed the 12 month lease of a duplex through Property Manager Stacie Wilson at Rentalexpress Kallangur. In a word the level of service provided by Stacie was "excellent".

Initially the lease was approved 'same day' with the move in date agreed and Stacie went above and beyond the norm to see unforseen difficulties created by the previous tenants overcome.

During the course of the lease several minor repairs were quickly acknowledged and attended to with a minimum of fuss.
I corresponded with Stacie via e-mail on all occasions and to receive responses on a Sunday night, well that is genuine 24/7 support!

Has just been a great all round experience and the moving out equally trouble free.
I opted for the final clean to be arranged by Stacie (fair & reasonable cost) which was attended to yesterday and after payment my bond refund is now being processed.

If you want a property Manager who rolls the sleeves up to get things done then Stacie Wilson comes highly recommended.

I found all staff really friendly. Jamie-Lee, our rental agent, was fantastic. Very professional and so lovely. It was only a short lease, unfortunately, but thanks for everything, Jamie!

Overall very happy with my experience with little real estate and especially with our property manager Ashleigh Senior. She was very helpful throughout our time at our rental property, including the vacate process. Had no issues at all. Only reason for leaving was because we purchased our own home. Would recommend little real estate to anyone in the future.

we've had Kerryn Riley as our property manager for the past year and she's successfully helped us through a tenant changeover and has always been quick to respond to our emails.

It has been approximately 4 years now that I have been leasing through Little Real Estate, Kallangur.
Jamie-Lee Carpenter (Property Manager) has been amazing during her time looking after us. She is extremely attentive and has always treated any request/concern as top priority. The communication I have always received from Jamie is commendable as is the level of service received by other staff within the office also.
