Had an issue with a work colleague who needed to break a lease because of personal reasons and reached out to management at Forest Lake Office and they did take the time to listen and showed warm understanding of a genuine situation and promptly started the ball rolling with a quick and appreciated end result. My current experience with Kristy from Little Real Estate and my past experiences with Centenary Real Estate are like chalk and cheese there is just no comparison. Kristy's major focus on a daily basis is for the tenant, and you are made to feel special and my concerns if any by email are always responded to promptly.
