As a property investor I have used different property managers over the years and at different locations and Little has alwats been a consistent star performer. After a recent purchase I started to work with Trish from Little Hurstville office. Trish has been very professional and very responsive through the whole process, incl finding the tenants etc. I would highly recommend Trish and Little to anyone who expects excellent customer service.

Wow! I didn't know that owning a property could be this easy. After having issues in the past with property managers who didn't seem to care and unhappy tenants, I discovered Little Real Estate and decided to give them a try. I am most impressed by the level of communication and hard work by my property manager Andrew Babici. He is quick to call or email to inform of any issues with my rental property, so you are never left out of the loop.

Little Real Estate Hurstville are doing an exceptional job with managing my investment property. Alicia Zaronias is my property manager and always goes out of her way to follow up enquires. She follows up with strata and repair issues promptly and always researches the best and most cost effective way to get things fixed. To give you an idea when the gate remote control broke strata quoted me $180. Alicia ordered one online for $80 and saved me $100 on the technician fee because she went to the property and set it up herself during a routine inspection. The service provided has exceeded my expectations and stands above other agencies I have dealt with in the past.

Having previously dealt with other rental agencies, we were pleasantly surprised when Little Real Estate took over the management of our rental property. No fuss and easy to deal with. Thanks to the team at Hurstville, especially Trish and Selvada.
