Penny Racchi has been my go to person at Littles and she has always been available to help me with any situation regardless of how insignificant it may have been. Absolutely no queries have ever been too small and all situations have been dealt with professionally and efficiently.
From my experience speaking with others they have never had the same positive experience that I have.
My only complaint about writing this review is that she will be poached by someone else and she will no longer be my go to person.

I am renting a place in Bondi and Little real estate has been a real support to me! They are awesome, very professional, patient, great communication and really nice people. English is my 3td language and they have explained everything to me pretty well when I signed the lease; I also locked myself out once and they came within 1h to help out although it was Friday night after 7pm; also repairs were actioned pretty quick in my unit. I would clearly recommend Little to anyone.

I thoroughly recommend being a tenant under Little. I rented a place for 9 years and not once did they fail to answer any call for service or other problem. I found them to be very courteous and they still looked after the property that they managed. A most professional outfit.

Even though they are not local to our properties, I chosen to go with Little Real Estate Bondi because I knew some of their staff personally and I must say they are of the best quality you would ever wish. I am renting a unit managed by Elyse Bryant. My experience with her is awesome. She is a great professional, friendly, respectful, polite and conciderate manager. For all my inquires she was always accessible, responding quickly and thoughtfully to my requests. I am very pleased to have Elyse as a unit manager and have complete confidence in her. She is way way better compared to the previous unit manager. I am highly recommending her (10++ on the scale 0-10).
